The Sheridan Owls celebrated Spirit Week March 18-22 with fun dress up days like Pajama Day, Wacky Day, and Class Color Day.

On Friday April 5, the 7th and 8th graders hosted a dance in the gymnasium. A number of other schools were invited, and Sheridan students were also welcome to bring a guest (age 12-14), regardless of where they go to school. The dance was chaperoned by Sheridan faculty.

On Wednesday April 10th, Sheridan will be sending students to the Independent Schools Math Association of Washington (ISMAW) meet at Norwood School.  This is the last math meet of three for the school year.

There will be no school on Friday, April 12th because the Sheridan faculty will be attending the Capital Area Progressive Schools conference at Burgundy Farms School.  A number of faculty members will be presenting at the conference.

Tuesday April 30th through Friday May 3rd, the Sheridan middle school will be holding their minimester with offerings including Law and Order, Serve, and Asian Appreciation.  Students can also participate in approved internships around the DC area.
