Meet Penelope! At 11 years old, she’s a spunky gal. She came to the Humane Rescue Alliance almost two weeks ago and has made quite the impression on staff and volunteers. Despite her age, she loves walks, treats, and pupaccinos from Starbucks. She’s very fancy. Penelope would love a home where she’s the only dog – she likes being the Queen of the castle.
