A pop-up “edible cookie dough confectionery” is opening in Adams Morgan this week, taking over the Rise Bakery spot at 2409 18th St. NW each evening after the bakery closes.

The Cookie Jar DC will sell eight signature flavors of cookie dough, including vegan and gluten-free varieties and rotating seasonal options, according to a news release. The cookie dough will be available in prefilled jars, or customers can mix and match flavors.

“We’ve been selling online and in local markets for over a year, and now we have a spot you can visit to get your cookie dough fix,” Lindsay Larner, The Cookie Jar DC’s founder, said in a release.

The Adam Morgan pop-up shop — which is “open indefinitely,” according to the release — will serve to-go helpings starting at 7 p.m. each night in the Rise Bakery space. The store will also offer deliveries through online platforms such as UberEATS and Postmates.
