The D.C. Department of Transportation is seeking feedback through June 1 on dockless bicycles and scooters in the District via an online survey, available at ddot.dc.gov/page/dockless-vehicles-district.
Last month, the agency announced an extension of its dockless vehicle demonstration project through August in order to obtain additional data during the “high season for bike riding” in the warmer months.
Officials said they will continue working to find solutions to concerns raised by community members since the launch last October. Seven companies — Jump, Spin, ofo, Mobike, Limebike, Waybots and Bird — are operating under the program.
Riders and non-riders are invited to respond to the survey. Feedback on the program can also be sent via email to [email protected].
